Shweta is the one of the most distinguished Indian Classical Music teachers in Jersey City, NJ. She specializes in Hindustani Classical Music Lessons, both Vocal and Instrumental. In 2021, Shweta completed her Master of Arts in Performing Arts (Vocal) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat. Currently, Shweta teaches both Hindustani vocal and keyboard at Sur Sangat to students of all ages and backgrounds. She teaches students both in person and online, and has students from all over the country, including California, Texas, North Carolina, Ohio, and Michigan. Sur Sangat is dedicated to the promotion and propagation of Indian classical arts. As a lifelong learner of the arts, our founder understands the importance of keeping the Indian art styles alive, especially abroad. Shweta Pandya is a singer, performer, and aspiring choreographer located in New Jersey, originally from Detroit, MI. She has been training in the Indian classical arts for over 20 years. Shweta is trained in Hindustani Sangeet (Vocal and Instrumental), Bharatanatyam, and Kathak. In addition to furthering her musical education, Shweta also trained in Kathak under the guidance of Guru Smt. Smruti Vora at Noopur Nritya Academy, Surat. While under her guidance, Shweta completed her Praveshika Purna (Third Year) in Kathak from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal.

Shree Nrithya Niketan was started by Smt. Radhamani Varadhachary who holds a degree in Bharathanatyam and has been teaching the art of Bharathanatyam and facilitating event participations for more than ten years in the tri-state area. She is originally a Masters in Computer Science who quit the IT profession to pursue her passion in dance. She learnt new styles and subsequently started teaching young children.

I offer Bharathanatyam and fusion dance classes for students and dance enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels. I am trained in the Kalakshetra style of Bharathanatyam and I have over 15 years of experience in Bharathanatyam with over 7 years of experience teaching dance to children and adults.
