Our LVN & Registered Nurses will provide basic health care services such as blood pressure monitoring, accident prevention and more. We hold monthly celebrations for holidays and birthdays, have live music, bingo, and host fun activities for our guests. We offer social service programs like individual and group counseling to direct you to community resources that you need. Our Occupational & Physical Therapists will guide you through group exercises to help you improve your physical health and have a more active lifestyle. Our registered nurses (RN s) provide observation and monitoring of patient s health status during the program hours. Our center provides 3 balanced meals each day of attendance and each meal has the patients diets in mind.
