Expert Music Lessons in Waldorf, MD

I teach beginner harmonium and guitar classes for ages 5 years to adult. Choose whichever interests you. The harmonium classes will begin with an understanding of the basic scales and notations, then progress into finger practice exercises and finally raga and songs. In the guitar classes you will build a knowhow of the guitar and basic chords, then progress into practice exercises and finally learn to play a few songs. All this is offered over a period of three months at $20 per class. Book your sessions.

At this time of cul­tural diver­sity around us, we at Notes n' Beats find our­selves to have the unique for­tune to bring Classical & Contemporary Indian music and Western music to our students and creat­e a power­ful and well­ roun­ded musician­ship for our youn­ger gener­ations. We believe that Classical musical foundation is critical, as such, our lessons focus on Classical music while introducing other genres like Pop, Rock, Bollywood, and Theatre. Our lessons are in Voice, Violin, Piano, Guitar, and Drum. We regularly per­form ONLINE and locally in several events. We produce music videos with our students and some of them also get chances to sing in the movies! We also offer certifications and prepare students for competitions. I have been playing violin for 16 years. I went to Briar Woods High School and graduated from James Madison University in May 2014. I was 1st Chair, 1st Violin in the Briar Woods High School Orchestra and the Loudoun Chamber Orchestra. I have previously taught violin for beginner and intermediate levels and prepared students for auditions to the Loudoun Chamber Orchestra. I have recently started practicing Carnatic music and will be able to provide lessons after some time.
