About this Job
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide / Personal Care Assistant to provide daily support for an elderly gentleman in his home. The ideal candidate will assist with personal care tasks and household duties to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal grooming Help with dressing and mobility as needed Prepare and cook simple, nutritious meals Wash utensils and maintain kitchen cleanliness Perform laundry and change bed linens Light housekeeping, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying common areas Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to family or medical professionals Qualifications: Experience in elder care or personal care preferred Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with transfers Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Ability to follow instructions and respect privacy Schedule and Compensation: Part-time or full-time hours available Compensation based on experience If you are dedicated to helping others and making a positive impact in someone’s daily life, we encourage you to apply.
