About this Job
We are a warm and respectful family located on the Upper East Side, New York City. We are seeking a temporary, full-time Indian nanny to care for our two children — an 8-month-old baby and a 6-year-old — from August 27th through November 21st. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, dependable, and experienced with both infants and school-aged children. Familiarity with Indian culture, language, and cuisine is highly valued. Responsibilities Include: * Full-day care for our infant: feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental play * Afternoon care for our 6-year-old after school * Light meal prep and feeding for the children * Light housekeeping related to the children (e.g., tidying toys, cleaning up after meals) Qualifications: * Prior experience with infants and young children * Familiarity with Indian culture/language preferred * Responsible, patient, and caring * Non-smoker * References required Schedule: * Full-time (Temporary Position) * Start Date: August 27, 2025 * End Date: November 21, 2025 * Preferred Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
