About this Job
We are seeking a caring, experienced, and trustworthy nanny to provide attentive, full-time care for our 3-month-old baby. The ideal candidate will have experience with infants, a nurturing disposition, and a strong understanding of developmental milestones and infant safety. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care for a 3-month-old throughout the day Follow and help maintain the baby’s feeding and sleep schedule Prepare and clean bottles (breastmilk or formula) Change diapers and manage clothing/laundry for the baby Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, reading, sensory play) Keep baby’s area clean and organized Communicate daily updates with parents regarding mood, feeding, naps, etc. Follow safe sleep practices and all infant care safety guidelines Qualifications: Prior experience caring for infants (newborn to 12 months) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Non-smoker and up to date on vaccinations, including Tdap and flu shot Reliable transportation to/from our home Strong references from previous nanny or childcare positions Patience, reliability, and a genuine love for working with babies Preferred: Early childhood education background or infant care certification Familiarity with sleep routines, bottle feeding best practices, and developmental play
