Full-Time Nanny + Housekeeper (Split Shift) – Ellicott City, MD Location: Ellicott City, MD Schedule (Split Shift): • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Household duties — cook lunch, laundry, post-lunch cleanup, keep the house clean and organized, dinner prep • 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Childcare — supervise kids, bedtime routine, after-dinner cleanup Total Hours: hours/week About Our Family We’re a warm and respectful family seeking a long-term nanny-housekeeper to work a split shift schedule with consistent weekday hours. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and some flexibility when needed. Responsibilities 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: • Cook lunch for the family • Laundry and post-lunch cleanup • Keep the house clean, tidy, and organized • Prepare dinner 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: • Childcare including supervision and play • Assist with kids’ bedtime routine • Clean up after dinner Qualifications • Experience in childcare and housekeeping • Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual • Able to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable with a consistent split shift schedule and some flexibility • Prefer candidates with no recurring time off requests to ensure continuity What We Offer • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule • Supportive, respectful home environment • Opportunity for long-term, stable employment Indian cooking experience a huge plus
