I’m comfortable cooking a wide variety of staples like idli, dosa, upma, pongal, and chapati, and I’ve also mastered various chutneys and podis to go along with them. I enjoy preparing full meals including sambar, rasam, and I take pride in balancing flavors and using fresh, homemade spice blends whenever possible.
