About this Job
We are looking for a caring and dependable individual to help care for our newborn (due July 2025) and assist with light household duties, including family cooking and laundry. Both parents work from home and need support during meetings and throughout the workday. The baby’s maternal grandmother is currently helping, but we are seeking a long-term caregiver to take over. We also have a 4-year-old who attends school full-time. The caregiver will not be responsible for the older child except in emergencies. However, food prep for the family (including the caregiver) and tidying related to the 4-year-old will be required. Requirements: -Must have references from previous families -Experience with newborn care preferred Responsibilities: -Newborn care (feeding, naps, diaper changes, laundry, etc.) -Cooking for the family (including the caregiver) -Toy cleanup and light household tidying -Food prep and cleanup for the 4-year-old -Emergency-only supervision of the 4-year-old
