She has performed on more than 100 stages in India. She is very kid-friendly and kids love to learn in the class without any difficulty. Arudra is 4 years now and offers professional Bharatanatyam courses. We do have a syllabus for the kids and adults too. We do teach the techniques involved and stability and stamina exercises. People felt that they have gained a lot of stamina and adults have also lost weight considerably. They felt so relaxing at the end of the class.
