At Young Innovators we believe that children are wired with the critical skills and mindsets that will make them successful in the future. Early childhood professionals are responsible for educating children during the most critical years of development. Yet, there is an alarming turnover rate in the industry due to the fact that preschool teachers are paid the lowest salaries in education. We are going to change that.
