We have 2 kids, age 2 months and 6 years old. Primary responsibilities: 1. Taking care if infant, diaper, feeding burping. Handing baby to mom when hungry and giving a bath/massage to baby, playing age appropriate games. 2. 6 year old is in school, only needs minimal things, like watching while playing outside, engaging in conversation or heating dinner etc. Playing age appropriate games. 3. Light household work includes laundry, washing dishes, food prep for meals, and helping with light cooking very rarely (example: making Mac and cheese for old child) This is currently a 3- 4 days a week role with the potential to increase hours once mom goes back to work. Both parents work from home, so must be comfortable with that.
