JNBLC will provide children the confidence to be scholars in a structured and unstructured, fun and safe learning environment, while encouraging social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, high quality child-care for children in the community. Our team support families in their efforts to reach their child’s goals while providing a cognitive constructed program for all children.
