Caregivers fluent in Hindi, English, with 2-3 yr of infant experience We have a happy baby who loves seeing new faces and exploring new places. We're looking for someone who's a fit for our family and can take up the following tasks: Spend lots of time with the baby on the floor - he's learning to crawl and sit, and we want someone who truly enjoys and will support these milestones Read to the baby as much as possible: he's vocalising and babbling, and we'd love for him to continue growing at the same pace Spend time outdoors Keep play areas, toys, and the diapering station very clean Clean and organise bottles, pumping supplies, baby high chair, etc Follow and adapt to changing nap and eating routines Meal prep for baby-led weaning Baby laundry We're looking for someone who's caring, kind, engaging and places importance on safety with the following qualifications: CPR and first aid certified - we're following baby led weaning and need someone who's quick on their feet if there is any incident while experiencing solids Minimum 2-3 years of infant-specific experience (less than 8 months of age) Very comfortable with baby led weaning, structured nap schedules (we make note of nap times, meal times, milk consumed etc) Great at communication - we welcome any questions and clarifications Has a resume/list of past experience ready and excellent references
