About View Royal Preschool

View Royal Preschool was born from the desire to provide exceptionally high quality child care in a neighborhood without a preschool. View Royal is an hour glass community nestled between Victoria and the West Shore communities. Highway 1A travels quietly through it, towards Victoria. The View Royal Community Association owns and operates the View Royal Community Hall which was built in 1934. The building is two stories, with a large, ground level basement. The community s Library was operating there until June 1997 before moving to the new Municipal Hall. View Royal preschool rented the lower space in March 1997 with the desire to create a learning place for families with young children. One of the rental conditions, agreed upon, was to provide high quality child care, at affordable prices, for the members of the community.
