Toddler & Preschool Programs for children 18 months to 12 years of age. Nurture your child s growth and development by enrolling them in the enrichment programs at The Children s Center. We first opened in a renovated historic mansion in Downtown Utica in 2003 on Court Street. The CC opened their second location on Genesee Street in 2006, the center is also located in a renovated historic mansion. Your child will get a academic and developmental head start through our immersive curriculum that follows New York Learning Standards. Each center works to create the foundation of learning that s to come throughout the rest of their academic careers.
