About The Advent School

The Advent School s challenging academic program, a motivated peer group, and the thoughtful support of our teachers inspire students to push their thinking further. We believe that students learn valuable lessons by exploring issues in today s world as well as historical times. These include, but are not limited to, environmental sustainability, humanitarian efforts, and a belief in the value of education for all. Co-teaching teams promote collaborative learning, providing opportunities for students to work together and consider their contribution to the world. Each summer, Advent s campus is transformed into a makerspace where children become designers, tinkerers, and builders. The Advent School summer program offers three unique two-week sessions for children ages 5 through 12.
