Our purpose is to provide an affordable, safe, and loving environment for our most valuable assets, our children, with specific emphasis on providing early childhood education and quality care to low moderate-income households. Childcare is extended to the homeless, to the working poor, to parents who are continuing their education, and to custodial grandparents as well.
