About Tessa's Home Daycare

I have a degree from San Francisco State University in Interior Design but I realized I love helping children learn and grow even more than designing. I was a nanny through college and stayed with the family until the children were old enough not to need a nanny, for a total of 8 years experience with children ages 0-9. I decided I wanted to open my own daycare 3 years ago when I got married and took the steps to get our home licensed for an in home daycare. I enjoy being home and I feel that a small home daycare environment for children is perfect because it helps provide them with a sense of security starting at a young age and also helps them develop social skills. I strive to provide a safe and enriching environment which allows me to care for your children in the same manner you would in your own home.
