About Shaggy Chic Dog Grooming

Shaggy Chic dog grooming is owned and operated by Kelly Ruth Farner of Mechanicsburg, PA. She is a dedicated animal lover, lifelong pet owner and an experienced animal care provider. She graduated from The University of Pittsburgh and has worked as a Veterinary Technician. She is also a baker of gourmet dog treats at Doggie Delights at the West Shore Farmer's Market. Kelly is the former owner of The Pet Nanny pet sitting service and still helps out when she can. She has attended numerous classes/courses on grooming, animal health, pet first aid and dog training. She and her dog, Colby, are a Certified Pet Therapy Team visiting nursing homes, women's shelters and children's hospitals.
