The EARLY LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT CENTER is a private, not-for-profit preschool and child care center, established in 1981 to provide high quality care and education for young children in a warm and nurturing environment. We are not affiliated with any religious or other organization. Our mission at ELDC to serve children and families by providing an inclusive, high quality early childhood education program; one that supports the social, emotional, and developmental growth of each individual child. Our goal is to be a leader in high quality child care in the greater Seattle area.
