We invite you to visit our center, get to know us and discuss opportunities for your child. All of our lead teachers are required to have a minimum of an associate degree; however, a four-year degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and some experience in working with that age group is preferred. All of our staff is required to complete the following before unsupervised contact with children: A comprehensive fingerprint background check; TB test; Shaken baby syndrome, safe sleep practices and sudden infant death syndrome training; Abusive head trauma training, Child maltreatment training, Prevention and control of infectious diseases including immunization, and recognizing and reporting of child abuse and neglect; Positive discipline techniques. All of our staff is required to complete the following within 90 days of hiring: CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens training.
