Starting Small's overall focus to provide a loving, safe and nurturing environment, where each individual child feels welcomed and respected. It is my goal to provide an enriching environment where children want to come. A home away from home atmosphere. At Starting Small you will find an educationally enriching environment for children ages birth and up, with activities that are developmentally appropriate, hands on and fun. My philosophy is that children learn through play. I provide engaging, fun hands on activities that promote critical thinking and problem solving skills. I provide opportunities for children to explore and discover new things. I encourage positive social interaction. I strive to give the children a stress free environment.
