Welcome to the Miller Child Development Center Inc. MCDC is committed to providing warm and nurturing care, in a safe environment. Your child will have daily opportunities to play with new friends, learn new skills, build self-confidence, and enjoy numerous exciting and challenging activities designed to meet his or her developmental needs. Miller realizing the need for childcare services on the Eastside of San Antonio, designed a child care program that would meet the needs of disadvantaged and advantaged families regardless of their race, color, or socio economic background. This was accomplished to prepare children to experience a smooth transition from infancy in an early child development setting to Pre-Kindergarten in public school.
