About Kolors Learning Center

Kolors Learning Center has been serving those in need for more than seventeen years. Established in 1993 by Nina Algee , we have evolved into and agency serving children, teens and families. We work daily to educate and empower those we serve through our child care services. We are constant sign of hope in the inner city. Families pay a fee for childcare. The fee is set according to a sliding fee scale based on the family's gross monthly income and its total number of dependents. Many families are eligible for state subsidized childcare. To qualify, your income must meet the eligibility requirement, and you must need childcare because you are employed, in school or some kind of training program.
