Flance Early Learning Center provides Excellence by Educating and Nurturing young children, Supporting families and Strengthening community. Our vision is to create a new paradigm in early childhood education that will serve as a model for creating a systemic change for children and families. Flance Center is a diverse, intentional early childhood community that nurtures children and adults in a trusting culture of love, Respect, Accountability, Compassion and Consistency. This is the T.R.A.C.C we expect to stay on with the guidance of our visionary leadership. An integral part of our mission and practice is developing partnerships and educational outreach to the larger St. Louis community.
