About Storybook Cottage

Storybook Cottage was established as a pre-school and child care center in 1988 in West Sacramento. After two successful years, a second school was purchased in Sacramento, which is now our Morse Avenue School. Our third location, in Carmichael, is a completely rebuilt preschool that was finished in 2001. Our West Sacramento facility was recently reopened in May of 2008 after it was demolished and replaced with a bigger and better new facility. We select our staff with the goal of providing the best possible care and education in mind. Our head teachers have degrees in early childhood education and/or several years of successful teaching experience.We have experienced assistant teachers and teachers aides on staff to assist our head teachers. All of our teachers and aides are under the direct supervision of an experienced center director.
