Heartwood Grove School is the Richmond area's only World Language Immersion school. We are a full curriculum, non-profit, 501(c)(3) language immersion school. We aim to develop students who are highly proficient in a second language through immersion, have a good understanding of a third chosen language, and who share a profound appreciation for the humanities. More than a language immersion school, we are a global immersion school. We aim to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of each child through outdoor science, music, the fine arts, and stewardship in the local community, while promoting self discovery in each student as (s)he grows, cherishing and promoting the journey of childhood.
