Pod Health is a Remote Patient Monitoring program that allows a person to have health monitoring of high blood pressure, blood glucose and oxygen levels at home. The goal is to keep our patients at home for as long as possible, reducing hospitalizations. We provide you with blood pressure equipment, or glucometer at no-out of pocket costs to you.
