We are committed to providing a safe and stimulating learning environment and to fostering positive social, emotional, and mental development with the guidance from trained professional staff for the children, students, and parents of the greater Redmond community. The center opened in 1994 as a product of a collaboration of many business and service organizations in Redmond. It began with a committee whose mission was to study the childcare needs, current and future, of the Redmond community. On the committee were representatives from businesses, early childhood education programs, Childcare Resources, and referral services, community service organizations, Redmond High School, the local hospital, the city of Redmond and many volunteers.
