Hello - My nanny has been with us for the last 15 months. We started with her when my daughter was just 4.5 months old and my daughter is ready to go to daycare and I am looking for a new family for my nanny. She is an older Indian nanny, very grandmotherly, has the energy to teach, engage, and run behind the child, takes her out twice a day, takes care of all the baby related chores and occasionally also helps me with household chores such as folding laundry.
