About Wildflowers Preschool

We provide an environment where children feel safe and part of a community working together to meet the needs of each child. We offer daily circle times, literacy lessons, music and movement, art activities and lots of exploration of the natural world. We believe that children learn best when they are allowed to follow their natural curiosities about the world. Our primary mission at Wildflowers is to provide a safe and loving place where children look forward to spending time and where they can grow to be caring members of a community. Wildflowers Preschool's teaching philosophy is a unique mix of Reggio Emilia, Montessori and Environmental Education. All three approaches to early childhood education give children some control over the direction of their learning and highlight the importance of using all senses to learn and honor the endless range of ways children express themselves.
