Hello! I'm posting this for my Son's care provider. Poonam is a very caring and nurturing person. She has been caring for my son since he was 3 Months old as I had to return to work. She has been caring for kids in this area for over ten years. Including my neighbor's kids a few years back. She has a dedicated area for children in her home with multiple toys. She communicates well in English and also does the necessary lesson for the kids based on their age. She makes sure the children eat all their food. My son has always been on the higher end of the graph on the doctor's chart. My 16-month-old has also learned to feed himself easy food like yogurt. She has a play area bang outside her home inside her community. Weather permitting she takes kids there if we are ok with it. I'm not posting this because I am pulling out my child. She has an older child leaving and has a spot open.
