Skilled Nursing is an integral piece of the full continuum of senior living options we offer on the Phoenix campus. At Christian Care Health Center, we provide skilled rehabilitation and long-term care. Comfortable rooms, nutritious meals, and individualized activities come together to create a home-like atmosphere. We offer both private and semi-private rooms, all of which have private bathrooms and showers. The interior courtyard is a nice place for residents to enjoy the outdoors if they choose, and the private family room is available for care plan meetings and visits. The front lobby serves as a gathering place for conversation, spending time with family or reading a good book.
