About Gutman Early Learning Center

We are committed to helping families access affordable child care; providing educational activities and working with parents to build a feeling of community within our centers. Our leadership team represents over 130 years of combined experience in the early childhood education field. They provide technical assistance, mentoring, and support to the teachers and administrators at each of our locations. Federation Early Learning Services administers state licensed and NAEYC (nationally accredited) centers that rank in the top 6% of early education programs in the nation. They have also received the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania s highest attainable endorsement (STAR 4) through their achievements in the Keystone Stars Quality Initiative Program (the STARS program).
