At Orlando Early Learning Academy, we continually develop programs that make learning an enjoyable experience.Our Staff Our teachers are professionally trained in early childhood education and child development. Our support staff are experienced caregivers and are continuing studies in early childhood education. All participate in a continuous program of in-service education and studies for professional advancement in order to remain alert to the ever-changing needs of today's families and to the findings of current research. In accordance with state requirements, all staff member are background screened, fingerprinted and have completed the state required training courses.

Toddler program (1 Month to 24 Months)Orlando Early Learning Academy's toddler curriculum is based on the principle that children learn best through direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, events, and ideas.
Preschool program (1 Year to 2 Years)In our preschool classroom, teachers and children are active partners in the learning process. This balanced approach to interaction between adults and children - also call "intentional teaching" - is critical to our effectiveness.
