About Open Arms Christian Preschool

Open Arms Christian Preschool is a nationally accredited early childhood development center (accredited by NAC of the Association of Early Learning Leaders) and a ministry of River Road United Methodist Church. We recognize the significance of the learning process in the first five years of a child s life growing intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. That s why, at Open Arms, we are dedicated to providing not only a positive and inclusive learning environment, but also one that enables children to experience the world through their own individual learning styles. Our Morning Program integrates special and creative learning centers that enhance the children s experiences, such as nature walks, chapel, field trips, woodworking, cooking, gardening for about an hour each day After that, children may participate as a group in an outdoor activity, music and/or dance.
