Sushmitta asked for $1600 +60 for that boy that came for few hours to help her. I gave her $1000 and told her I’ll give her $600 after we go to Michigan because I really need her since I’ll be at a conference plus I paid $200+ for her flight. She didn’t like that response and kept texting me to give her the other money because she needs to send it to India to her dad in the hospital . I told her I’ll pay her the remaining after the conference. She started saying I’m crazy and that I’m playing games. Then the higher manager wanted me to give that girl $200 when she didn’t even do her job despite knowing I already paid $1000 $200 for tickets $ for food everyday she was with me and obviously I would have had to pay for her hotel stay when all she was doing was sitting on the phone with boys. Sorry but that kind of behavior is not acceptable in my books whatsoever. I want my daughter to have manners, morals, values not whatever this babysitter was doing and how her management thinks she still deserves more money out of me for a girl that was introducing my daughter to danger or bad behavior of communicating with boys all day

If you’re looking for help please be aware this company doesn’t properly vet their employees. I had called them after a very bad experience with their babysitter Sushmitha. I had spoke to her manager and asked what kind of qualifications do they look for before hiring a nanny and she gave me a vague response like prior history. I’m a single mother to a 3 year old daughter and I had major events happening so I wanted help and some one to travel with me to watch my daughter. Well I hired Susmitha who is in her late 20s that talked to boys all day on FaceTime infront of my daughter and just gave my daughter her tablet. As a baby sitter her duties was to play or teach her something not for her to sit on the phone with boys. She even invited the boy that she lives with to my complex and got very comfortable. That one day her and that boy fought middle of the night outside my complex where she threw the food I paid for on the ground and I heard a big slap so me and my friend ran down stairs to check if it wasn’t for me that boy would have been hit. She disrespected my hospitality and me as a female. The food cost me $80 it’s not cheap and to throw it like that is a insult. Then talking to boys or bringing him over is completely unacceptable that’s not the kind of behavior I want my daughter learning. Her job was to babysit and not FaceTime boys all day. I’m a female my daughter is a female and this babysitter allowed a man in my house that I don’t know what if he did something.
