We are looking for a caring, reliable, and caregiver to provide one-on-one support to a friendly special needs young son. This role focuses on creating a warm, supportive environment while helping build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills. The caregiver will gently guide and support daily routines, including personal organization, decision-making, and developing positive habits. Encouraging confidence and independence in a nurturing, respectful way is an important part of this role. Responsibilities also include accompanying him on community outings such as grocery shopping, library visits, and local activities, while promoting safe, comfortable, and positive social interactions. The caregiver will help teach and reinforce practical life skills like using public transportation safely, understanding street safety, and navigating everyday environments. Additional support includes helping with simple budgeting, money awareness, and basic math used in daily life. At home, the role involves maintaining a tidy and organized space, along with light cooking, housekeeping, and laundry.
