Daycare at our facility is for children age ranging from 4 months to 12 years of age. Learning Through Play is practiced with our daycare, as well as: Preschool Program is for 2 to 4 year-old children. Creative Curriculum for Preschool is based on 5 fundamental principles; they guide, practice and help us understand the reason for intentionally setting up and operating preschool programs in particular ways. It is the positive interactions that help guide the intentional learning in the interest areas. This is one of our favorite positive interactions: Jo-Jo was a new child to our program, and after a few days, the teacher noticed that he liked playing with dump trucks. The teacher went over to the table where he was sitting and said, Hi Jo-Jo, I have noticed that you like playing with dump trucks, can you tell me a little about this dump truck?
