At Learn and Play Montessori School we value each child s independence and creativity. Thus, by following the philosophy, practices and curriculum of Dr. Maria Montessori and her method of education, children work on activities of their own choice at their own pace. They experience the opportunity to solve problems, learn, play and develop freedom and self-discipline in a place especially designed to meet their developmental needs. Our goal is to give each child the individualized attention needed to learn, discover and develop values such as respect for self/others, honesty, integrity, responsibility, empathy, compassion, and kindness.
