Arbor Rose Senior Care is an ALTCS provider but requires that the resident pays privately for up to two years before they will accept ALTCS as a payor source. The amount of time depends on the current census so call to check the current requirements.Understand that proper planning is essential when there is a "private pay requirement." Without planning you may find yourself having to continue to private pay past the two-year requirement. We believe fully actualized senior living is more than nice amenities and quality care.
