Debbie Swail holds a Bachelor s Degree in Early Childhood Education from San Jose State University and has 23 years of hands-on classroom experience teaching children ages 2 through 5 in play-based programs. Debbie expanded her role from teacher to owner and director when she took over the preschool in 2014. Blessed with the gift of emotional intelligence, she seeks to deeply understand the needs of each child and parent and is very aware that one size does not fit all. This has been helpful in creating a program built on mutual trust and integrity as she has been charged with the safety and wellbeing of each precious young person who comes to preschool each day. Together with her team of amazing teachers, Debbie takes pride in providing families and their children a loving and developmentally appropriate place to send their children to learn.
