About LMR Elder Care

Since 2006, our clients and their loved ones have relied on LMR Elder Care when they need support, guidance, advocacy and solutions for themselves and for their loved ones. Co-founder of LMR Elder Care, LLC, Lisa is a licensed attorney, a Board-certified Case Manager (CCM) and an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association. In July 2021 Lisa began her volunteer four-year Board service as a Commissioner with the Commission for Case Management Certification (CCMC). She helps families navigate the elder care maze by guiding and coaching them toward informed decisions to maintain dignity and quality of life. Her interest in this area continues as a support group facilitator, coach, and speaker on issues related to Parkinson s Disease, dementia, mental health, caregiving, and aging. Until recently moving to Annapolis, Heidi served as a Behavioral Health & Wellness Coach (Oncology) with Summit Health. LMR Elder Care offers IN-PERSON guidance and assessments in Northern New Jersey and Anne Arundel County, Maryland. We are pleased to offer VIRTUAL consultations throughout the United States.
