About Vineyard Crossings Daycare

Hi There We are just trying to close a house at Vineyard Crossing by KB Home off 680/Vasco near ACE station. We bought this as an investment property and were going to rent it out, but we are thinking that if there is enough interest and we have an opportunity to help hardworking parents, we can open a home based day-care in this property if we can get enough interest/children. If you live in/around vineyard crossing and/or work al LLNL, it could be perfect. I have successful track record of running a Daycare in Fremont and have passion for children. The house is expected to close at the end of Jan and the Day care could be ready to start enrolling in the middle of Feb. Please email or call me if there is interest.
