About Lil' Raskals Child Care Learning Center

Lil' raskals is a family-owned and operated business founded in 1997 by whom hundreds of children have called "ms. Cindy." Our center's continued success in educating children is attributable to ms. Cindy's whole-child philosophy, and to the experience and certifications of our staff. At lil' raskals, we customize a whole-child philosophy that builds individual success for every child. Our philosophy encompasses many facets of learning and hands-on interaction, including individualized tasks and group activities.
