We were formerly The Kid Ranch Kyle. The previous owner closed our location and moved the younger kids to our new location on Bunton Creek. The assistant director at the time, Kim Perez, and her mom, Vilay Sysaleumsouk, ended up buying the location in Kyle. They renamed the school to Little Leaders Childcare Center. The school you see today showcases the hard work and love that they have put into it. Vilay Sysaleumsouk is an entrepreneur from hair salons to restaurants. She has 3 kids of her own and 2 grandchildren. After 10 years in the restaurant industry she decided to take on early childhood education with her daughter, Kim Perez. The decision of taking over the child care center previously known as The Kid Ranch was to continue the foundation, values, and passion we have for children as a Christian center. Kim has worked in childcare for about 5 years in the classroom and in administration.
