Assists clients with the colostomy Repositioning bed bound patients every 2 hours to prevent pressure ulcers. Provides sponge bathing/ showering for the client. Assists client with toiletting. Provides oral care and feeding for the client. Provides meal preparation for the client Provides range of motion for the client. Provides laundry and other ADLs as and when needed.
