About Hughes Health and Rehabilitation

Hughes is dedicated to providing quality care for those with chronic illness, as well as those needing convalescence or rehabilitation. Our care is provided within an interdisciplinary team framework which stresses receptivity to the total care needs of the resident. Many of the caregivers of Hughes Health and Rehabilitation gathered on the front lawn on a sunny spring afternoon to salute the team members who give outstanding care to the residents of the skilled nursing facility. These staff are just some of the Heroes behind the Masks who work tirelessly caring for the sick and elderly residents. We care for your loved-one in a compassionate, home-like environment. Our emphasis is on family style care giving, from our family to yours.
