About Horizon Education Centers

Horizon Education Centers is to provide high-quality early childhood education, care, and youth development programs. Nonprofit community charitable organization. Horizon is a 501(c) (3), educational organization under 501(a) of the IRS code. All contributions to this organization are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Horizon is governed by a Volunteer Board of Trustees (15 members). The Board oversees the operations of the organization through an Executive Director. Horizon is organized into Administrative Departments. Horizon Education Centers performs two operations most through partnerships with local partner school districts and community action agencies or collaborations: Early Childhood Education, Supplementary Education.
